“Experience, education and references are only a small piece of the puzzle when you are building a competitive organization that values service. Jennifer and the PDP profile have helped us to identify key personality traits and motivators essential to every position in our organization. All of our job descriptions now include a personality profile assessment to assure we hire the right individual for every position. Our business boasts low turnover, high employee satisfaction, superior customer service and … our competitor’s employees and customers want to work with us”

I believe in Jennifer Munro’s approach to the mental and
emotional side of golf so much that I encourage all the PGA
Tour professionals I work with to take the profile test and
to work with Jennifer’s analysis to improve their response
to the pressures and stress of tournament golf. It has produced
great results. I never bought into the “one size fits all” approach
that is currently peddled such as “relax, visualize, pre-shot
routine, etc.”. They can help some, but I believe actually
harm others who try them. The approach to handling the intense
pressure of tournament golf must be tailored to the individual’s
personality. With out understanding the personality factor,
any suggestions on how to handle stress is like throwing
a dart at the wall.

Congratulations!

“My experience over the past year working with Jennifer has been remarkable. She has excelled as my business coach helping me focus on the goals of my orthodontic practice and supervising the assembly of individuals to meet the demands and goals of our business. For my golf game, she has helped me mentally prepare for my tournaments and stay focused during the past year’s events. Her training and my practice sessions have helped me lower my handicap from an index of 14 to an index of 8. Over the past year, I came in second in a club championship (scratch flight), first in our club’s Cobalt Cup (net), first in 2 member-member events, first in 3 member-guest events. Truly realizing that I am a Challenger Golfer and taking each shot and focusing on the moment has made the game much more enjoyable for me. I would highly recommend your association with Jennifer just don’t give her too many shots!”

“Jennifer Munro truly saved my golf game. As a busy urologist, I compete only a few times a year but played often enough to reach a 15 handicap.
I often struggled with my game in pressure situations but after the sudden loss of my husband and trying to put my life back together, my handicap soared to
a 22 in just 6 months. I knew it was not a technical problem with my swing because like most of us, I hit perfect shots on the driving range but was unable
to execute the same shot on the course. I found my golf swing was even worse if I had to hit over water or if I was waiting too long between shots.
Frustrated, I was ready to give up on golf, a sport I truly loved as I battled to break 100. After working with Jennifer, I learned techniques to help me
conquer my mental demons. I am happy to say I am back to shooting in the 80’s and my handicap is plummeting. I’ve learned to have fun on the
golf course again and enjoy golf even more than ever.”

“The Golf Mind Rx™ profile is a sophisticated
yet common sense approach to learn about your personality
traits and how they affect your game. I completed the profile
and the results had me pegged right down to the color of
the socks I prefer!”

“Our session with you went great. Everyone was very excited about their golf and business profile. They found it very beneficial to see how their profiles compared to others on their team, and to their clients. I think our session with you was very beneficial in helping to pull the team together and to encourage them to be aware of their communication AND golfing styles. In the days and weeks following our session you could see improvement in the communication levels of the attendees.”

Dennis Mann

“I completed the Golf Mind questionnaire and the results
were really helpful. They are specific to my personality
strengths and weaknesses. I have been reading the golf improvement suggestions before each round and incorporating them into my pre-swing routine–improving my mental control has been a missing link in my game!”
